Refund policy

Due to the nature of handmade and hygienic beauty products (including press-on nails, nail kits, glam kits, cuties, accessories, and custom items), we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for sanitary and safety reasons.

Please double check your order before checking out.  If you have questions about sizing or product details, feel free to contact us before placing your order.

Damages and issues
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at thenailvaultbyjulie@gmail.com with photos.  We will gladly review the issue and provide store credit or a replacement depending on the situation

Exceptions
We do not accept returns on any sale items, promotional items or gift cards

Chargebacks & Fraudulent Claims

All orders placed with The Nail Vault by Julie are tracked, documented, and verified before shipping. Filing a false claim or unauthorized chargeback after receiving your order is considered fraudulent activity.

If a customer submits a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, we reserve the right to:

  • Deny future purchases

  • Remove the customer from our ordering system

  • Require store credit only for any future resolutions

Customers who repeatedly file disputes or chargebacks will be permanently restricted from placing orders with our shop.

We strongly encourage customers to contact us directly with any concerns so we can resolve the issue quickly and fairly.

NO Refunds
Because all products are hygienic and handmade, we do not offer refunds to original payment method.  All approved resolutions are provided as store credit or replacement.
