• Orders $50 or more require a signature at delivery to protect against theft and ensure safe receipt
• Customers must provide a valid shipping address where someone will be available to sign
• If delivery is attempted and no one is available, the carrier will leave a notice for re-delivery or pickup
• The Nail Vault by Julie is not responsible for packages marked “delivered” by the carrier or for delays caused by incorrect addresses, weather, or carrier 

🇨🇦 Canada & 🇲🇽 Mexico:
    •    Flat rate: $16.99 (for packages under 4 lbs)
    •    Tracking included
    •    Delivery time: 7–14 business days
    •    If actual shipping costs exceed $16.99 significantly, we’ll contact you before shipping to cover the extra. We may cover a few dollars, but not the full overage.
